In the four corners area September 2008. These pictures are from a 27 day trip of which I was accompanied by Linus Tremaine & Nikkie for 2 weeks.
I wrote a journal for this trip but there are a lot of pictures that didn't fit into the journal, several of which are being posted here.
Below are pictures taken at in the Red Canyon area, a section of Dixie National forest along Highway 12 just North West of Bryce National Park, Utah
September 2008
The Red Canyon area is a must see! The pink Claron limestone formations rival those of Brice national park but on a smaller scale. The campground has 37 sites and showers. It is usually open 15 may though 1 October

The red canyon area of Dixie national forest has formations the same salmon pink colour as Bryce.
